Blayne has always wanted to be a firefighter for as long as I can remember. The fire station would be his reward for his many trips back and forth to the hospital. Last night we decided it might be fun to visit the fire station without actually being in the hospital. We used family night to learn about fire safety. I think we on the tour with the firefighters for an hour and 1/2. Blayne couldn't get enough. Even the girls were into it. Sydney wanted to see the needles they use on the ambulance to start I.V.'s . I know pretty sad that she knows so much about the medical field already. The firefighter was honestly going to let her put the needle into his arm, Sydney would of done that in a heartbeat, but I told her she needed to wait until she was older to stick sharp objects into strangers arms. I was a great night. The Firefighters were so friendly towards the children. They even gave us little fire hat to take home. Blayne fell asleep with his in his bed just in case

That is awesome. It's hilarious that the firefighter would let her stick the needle in his arm. That is classic.
We need to come to your house for family night. As we're pouring through the Old Testament, you're riding on fire trucks.
